1. Overview
JAYMARC Industries supplies and installs pool fencing, balustrades, and shower screens across Australia. This Master Warranty outlines the warranty periods, conditions, exclusions, and maintenance requirements for all products and services provided by the Company.
Manufacturer and powder‑coater warranties apply where stated. JAYMARC Industries does not alter or extend manufacturer warranties.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, neglect, environmental damage, or structural movement.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS BY PRODUCT TYPE
2.1 Pool Fencing Products
Extruded Tubular Aluminium Panels, Gates & Posts
• 10‑year warranty on manufacturing
• 7‑year warranty on powder coating
Cast Aluminium Products
(Cover plates, brackets, caps)
• 3‑year warranty on manufacturing
• 1‑year warranty on powder coating
Frameless Glass Fencing
• 3‑year warranty on glass clamps, spigots, and handrail
• 1‑year warranty on hardware
• Tea staining (rust) is excluded
Toughened Glass
• No warranty — glass is a breakable product and not covered
Third‑Party Hardware
• D&D Technologies — refer to their website
• Polaris Hinges — refer to their website

• The Pool Fence is only as strong as the surface it is fixed to. If the substrate moves (timber, concrete, cement sheet, soil, decking), the Pool Fence will move

2.2 Balustrade Products
12-15mm Frameless Glass Balustrade
• 3‑year manufacturer’s warranty on stainless steel parts
Extruded Tubular Aluminium Panels, Gates & Posts
• 10‑year warranty on manufacturing
• 7‑year warranty on powder coating
Cast Aluminium Products
(Cover plates, brackets, caps)
• 3‑year warranty on manufacturing
• 1‑year warranty on powder coating
• Glass is breakable and not covered under warranty
• Fixing materials (anchors, screws, bolts) are not included in this warranty
Balustrade Structural Notes
• The balustrade is only as strong as the surface it is fixed to. If the substrate moves (timber, concrete, cement sheet, soil, decking), the balustrade will move
• JAYMARC Industries accepts no responsibility for movement caused by unstable or poorly constructed substrates

2.3 Shower Screens
Warranty periods for shower screens and hardware are as stated in the Client’s quote or product documentation.
Glass is breakable and not covered under warranty.

3. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
Proper maintenance is essential to preserve warranty coverage.
3.1 Glass & Stainless Steel
• Use approved products such as Enduro Shield
• Follow cleaning instructions on their website
• Regular cleaning reduces corrosion and tea staining
3.2 Aluminium Powder Coating
• Clean every 6 months
• Use mild detergent and a soft cloth
• Do NOT use:
• Scouring pads
• Abrasive cleaners
• Pressure washers
3.3 High‑Corrosion / Salt Areas
If products are installed:
• Within 1.5 km of the ocean, lakes, or rivers, or
• Within 2 metres of a saltwater pool
…the warranty period is reduced to half its standard life.
Regular cleaning is critical in these environments.

4. INSTALLATION WARRANTY
4.1 Ground & Structural Movement
Due to natural movement caused by wind, rain, soil expansion, timber movement, and sun exposure, installation is not covered under warranty.
At the time of completion, all products will be installed soundly and securely.
4.2 Reporting Issues
If the Client has any concerns about the installation, they must notify JAYMARC Industries within 1 week so adjustments can be made promptly.

5. CORE DRILLING & SURFACE STAINING
When core drilling into concrete or pavers, water is used to cool the diamond drill.
This process can cause fine concrete slurry to spread and may stain surrounding surfaces.
• All reasonable care is taken to avoid staining
• If staining occurs, it is the Client’s responsibility to clean the residue
• Clients should contact their paving supplier for appropriate cleaning methods
• JAYMARC Industries accepts no responsibility for slurry or rust staining

6. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To make a warranty claim, the Client must provide:
• The original JAYMARC Industries tax receipt
• This warranty document
• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the issue
Warranties listed above are set by manufacturers and powder coaters, not by JAYMARC Industries.

7. EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
• Glass breakage
• Tea staining or rust staining
• Corrosion caused by lack of maintenance
• Damage caused by other trades
• Impact damage, misuse, or vandalism
• Structural movement of substrates
• Environmental events (storms, floods, fire)
• Modifications made by third parties
• Incorrect cleaning products or methods

8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this document limits the Client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted, JAYMARC Industries’ liability is limited to:
• Repair or replacement of Goods, or
• Re‑performance of Services
